Partnering With Market Leaders

Since 2014 we have been helping to shape the global evolution of FinTech. Together with market leaders like MasterCard, Lloyds Banking Group, Santander, Thomson Reuters, PWC and Rabobank we run Startupbootcamp accelerator programs, design corporate innovation programs, and establish commercial connections between startups and established players.

Each year we scout upwards of 3000 FinTech startups from across the globe. With accelerator programs in Singapore, London and New York, and 50+ FinTech events across almost every continent.

Early Access to Innovation

We select less than 1% of these startups for a Startupbootcamp cohort. This ensures our partners are collaborating with the best talent, often generating pilots, commercial partnerships and co-created solutions. Meanwhile, through the selection process itself, partners are exposed to evolving technology and business model trends at an early stage.

Staying in Front of the Curve with Lloyd's

Lloyds Banking Group has been a partner on our Startupbootcamp FinTech program since 2014. The partnership came at a time when the bank was undertaking a large-scale digital transformation program, and presented an ideal platform to test new ideas and connect with the wider FinTech ecosystem.

Lloyds’ goal is to scan the market for innovation and find new opportunities to provide better service to their customers. The relationship is beneficial for both parties: the FinTech startup has access to subject matter experts, launching customers and scarce assets like data sets. For Lloyds it is beneficial because they are able to learn about new technology, business models, see the results within the market and deduce important lessons to stay ahead and deliver value to their customers.

New Ways of Working

For Lloyds, collaborating with the FinTech sector also provides inspiring examples of agility and working practices that refresh Lloyd’s thinking and approach to delivering digital services.

The partnership gave Lloyds the chance to be involved in dedicated events such as FinTech Lounges and hackathons, presenting another opportunity to experience new ways of working. This includes an immersive program that we designed with Lloyds to give their employees the startup experience.
