Please join us on Wednesday, 28th March for a small-group workshop on one of the key missing pieces to effective corporate collaboration with startups - Disruption Mapping.

Why is it that efforts by corporates to innovate by creating labs, attempting startup collaboration or to embed startup culture within their organisation have resulted in little impact, and huge lost investments in terms of time, effort and of course cost?

One of the key reasons why these initiatives too often fail is the widespread omission by corporate innovators to first effectively isolate the most strategically impactful areas of opportunity for focusing innovation efforts. In light of the fact that many distinct elements or activities that contribute to a particular business unit or P&L can be distinguished as an individually disruptable asset, mapping the nuance and distribution or external emerging technology and business model trends is of paramount importance in creating a platform to execute impactful growth initiatives.

In this small-group workshop, we explain how to do so. And by extension, how to make effective, commercially impactful use of your growth or innovation budget.

You will hear from Samuel Hall, Managing Director of Rainmaking ASEAN, who will demonstrate effective use of Disruption Mapping using recent case studies involving corporates in ASEAN across multiple industries.
