In collaboration with Rainmaking, the City of Copenhagen's department for employment and integration now offers an intensive four-week entrepreneurship program for unemployed graduates. The offer is for you who already have a business idea you want to bring closer to reality. The program consists of 10 workshops over one month. You will get hands-on tools to help you build a business. And it will also prepare you for future jobs within established startups.

About the program
Through a series of workshops you will be introduced to tools like Business Model Canvas, Customer Validation, Paper Prototyping and Lean Startup methods. In addition, we cover the practical aspects of entrepreneurship: registration of your business, operations, law, pitching and raising capital.

Take in learnings from experienced entrepreneurs, investors and coaches. It all happens at Rainmaking Loft in Copenhagen, where 350 entrepreneurs work.

How do I participate in the program?
You fill out an online form, where you describe your idea briefly and accurately. Your idea may be related to any industry, but must have a commercial purpose. If we find you suited for the program, we will contact your job center on your behalf. It is the job center that enlists you as a workshop participant. If, on the other hand, we conclude that you are not the target audience for the program, you will be notified directly from us.

You must be entitled to unemployment benefits, have an address in the City of Copenhagen, have completed an academic degree, speak Danish and be able to speak and read fluent English, as the instructions and the learning materials will be a mix of Danish and English.
